Dr. Marilyn Zabielinski is a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist in Birmingham, Alabama, specializing in advanced injectable treatments, facial balancing, and skin rejuvenation. At ONE HOUSE OF DERM, she personally performs your clinical assessment, injections, and treatments, providing a premium, physician-led experience from start to finish.

She earned her undergraduate degree from the Ivy League Cornell University before receiving her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami, FL. She completed her Internal Medicine internship at Jackson Memorial Hospital and her Dermatology residency at the University of Cincinnati.

Over the past decade, Dr. Zabielinski has performed thousands of cosmetic procedures, earning a reputation for meticulous technique, artistic precision, and refined, balanced results. Originally from Miami, FL, Dr. Zabielinski is grateful to now call Birmingham home. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys.
